Unitra devices have a standard 2-year warranty. The exception are loudspeakers. Both the ZGZ-801 floorstander set and the ZGB-401 bookshelf speaker set come with a 5-year warranty. We care about the satisfaction of our customers and offer solid warranties for our products, but above all, we design them in such a way that they can be repaired even after several decades of use.

Welcome to the website dedicated to maintenance services. If you purchased Unitra equipment manufactured after 2022, we guarantee factory service at our plant in Ursus. But it is worth emphasizing that repairability is important to us. We design our devices to be repairable for decades, for example because we use a modular structure, each device can be opened. We test all elements in our workshop. At this time, we do not plan to make service manuals publicly available.
